Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At Skin & Sole, we work hard to provide every patient with dedicated, unhurried care. Each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to offer that time to other patients in need of care.

We kindly ask that you read and respect the following policy when booking with us.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee will apply.

• •Late cancellation (under 48 hours' notice): 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
• •No-show (no notice given): 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.

This fee will be charged to the card or payment method used at the time of booking, or invoiced prior to any future appointments being confirmed.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise. If something unexpected prevents you from giving the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always consider these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to be as understanding as we reasonably can.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, please be aware that your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so as not to affect other patients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
